Christopher Reeves

Director

Chris is owner and director of Reeves James Solicitors and specialises in construction law. Chris started his working life in the building trade and is dual qualified as a chartered builder. Chris has always enjoyed supporting charitable organisations including Round Table and Yeovil Freewheelers. He shares his family home in Dorset with the much-loved Romeo – a retired greyhound from Romford.

Sophia Crowther-Alwyn

Director

Sophia is a chartered accountant and has spent her career working in a variety of tax/finance roles in the City. She trained with a Big 4 accounting practice where she qualified in 2007. Sophia has a retired greyhound, Pete, who is the perfect work from home companion when she’s not in the office.

James Gray

Director

James is a chartered surveyor and project manager. Until recently he was CEO (2016-2025) of a large property consultancy (Cluttons LLP) and has now set up his own consultancy business. In his spare time James is a keen runner and enjoys walking and the outdoors.

Caroline Kisko

Director

Caroline Kisko served as Secretary and Director of Communications at The Kennel Club (now The Royal Kennel Club) for more than two decades. Through this extensive tenure, Caroline became one of the UK’s most respected authorities on responsible dog ownership, breeding standards, and public policy. She is now retired and serves as a Trustee for The Jean Lanning Foundation, an organisation supporting human healthcare projects in the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust area. Caroline owned and raced Siberian Huskies for many years and competes in Obedience with her Jack Russell Terrier, Maisie.
