    Professor Steven Dean

    Chairman

    Steve is a Veterinary Surgeon. He retired from the Civil Service in 2011 where he was the CEO of the Veterinary Medicines Directorate. Previous to this he had been a Director in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and his professional career also included roles in veterinary practice, medicines development and veterinary education. He was a Board member for the Kennel Club and served as Chairman for four years. He remains a Trustee of the Kennel Club Charitable Trust.

    Ray is a recently retired Local Authority Chief Executive (Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk 2005 – 2019). Currently Vice Chair of Witchford Village College and Governor for West Anglia College. Ray also gifts his time at Greyhound Trust Mildenhall, Lendwith Care, Witchford Playing Fields Association and Ely Runners. In his spare time, Ray enjoys running, allotmenteering, cycling and Nordic walking.

    Hazel is a practicing member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, with a long career in clinical companion animal and greyhound practice. Former veterinary advisor and Chair of the National Greyhound Racing Club (NGRC) and published author of Greyhound Medicine Charter – BSVA guide to Veterinary Medicine

    Malcolm George

    Director

    Former Chief Executive of the Association of British Bookmakers, Malcolm spent the majority of his career working in government relations in the UK and overseas. He led the government relations function of Hewlett Packard in EMEA and also with Dell in EMEA, India and South East Asia. Now retired, Malcolm undertakes occasional project work for organisations in the UK and France.
